Seems no matter how hard McCain's lawyers try to stop the investigation it will go on and the findings released before the election. 

Now they are saying "Palin never said he would not testify, it was only "where" that was being questioned.

If there`s a merciful god,when she looses and goes back home,she`ll most likely be impeached or removed from office.

If she wins,this will magically disappear.

Does anyone think they`ll be pressed on this?

They haven`t been, so far.

You have to wonder why Sarah, her husband, and staff are refusing to cooperate if they truly believe she did nothing wrong. 

We are told it is because the investigation is politically tainted.  The Democrats are trying to smear her with false charges right before the election.

Yet, the Legislative Council that began and is pursuing the investigation is made up of 10 Republicans and only 4 Democrats.
