As has been said there are many differant forms of birth control, the coil the cap and sterilisation so that shouldnt be an issue you really should go and see a doctor about all the differant ways heres a start http://familydoctor.org/online/famdocen/home/women/contraceptive/016.html

In regards to blowjobs, as has been said kissing and licking are great options normally when I am giving a blowjob I use my hand at the base and only concentrate my mouth at the tip. If there is a medical reason for being unable to do something then one would hope that it isnt a requirement. You need to talk to your husband about ways around it.

I think however that the biggest issue here has sweet fa to do with sex and is far more to do with your self image and your relationship with your husband. You need to talk to him (may i be so bold as to suggest the possiblity of couples councelling) it seems that your fear of sexual inadequacy stems from a deeper place, I may of course be wrong but there is a sense of desperation about your post. In regards to the relationship being the best relationship it can be it always comes down to open and honest communication, talking about what you both need what your fears are. It strikes me that you see the move to D/s as a way of fixing problems and though it may be what you both need if there are problems they need to be sorted at the root. Also and again this is just me you need to do something to make yourself feel sexy and wonderful. I really did find the post quite difficult to read so much negativity and resigning yourself to failure.

Thanks for the suggestion, and the reason we can't get pregnant is because our genes do not mix well we have four special needs children as it is, and we just don't want to go down that road again.

If you're sure she don't want any (more) children, he should get a vasectomy. That eliminates need for condoms or birth control. It's half an hour in a urologist's office and 24 hours with Advil and an ice pack.

As far as oral, lube on your hands which go around the shaft, and your tongue licking the head. You don't need to open your mouth nearly as far to lick. And you'll still be doing all the work.
