Ok, let's drudge one up from the 80's.... can't believe I remember this one.
Man with a really high sqeeky voice goes to the doctor to try and fix his voice. After many tests his doctor tells him that the only way to lower his voice would be to cut off his balls. The guy refuses and runs out of the office. About a year later he is swimming in the ocean when he spots a shark's fin. Swimming as hard as he can he starts yelling at the top of his lungs.. "Shark, shark, shark! OUCH!" (In deep low voice) "Shark!"
