The last time I let my hair grow to it's on set point, back in college, it never got longer than the middle of my back. Now it's down to my ass. First I'm shocked that the set point changed, I always assumed that was a constant. Second I keep thinking I ought to cut it, at least get rid of the split ends and make it even. But that means 4 to 6 inches. to be midback length. The problem with that length is it gets caught in the bra band in back when dressing. He says I can do whatever I want but he likes it long. Anyway just wondering who else has a mane this length.

I'm waaaaaay too old for hair that long. I look a lot better with shorter hair, IMO. Right now it's a bit longer than I prefer it. I like it to be about an inch or so all over. Daddy doesn't really care one way or another, as long as I don't have hair in other places. [8D]

What I have realized, is that people recognize me by the length of my hair. They recall me, but I have NO clue who they are. Sooo. . . long hair can be a curse that way. As for care. . . I wash and condition it. Brush it out. Sometimes put it in a french braid. I HAD short hair, and I looked terrible with it. But the care is not that much different. Longer strokes with the brush, and frankly I do not have to curl it like I did in the 80's. So, actually my hair care time is much shorter, even if I braid it.

Mid-back. I'd grow it long enough to sit on if I could, but no such luck. About the only thing that's improved by short hair is a tennis ball. [8D]

Himself won't let me cut it so it's long enough to sit on, choke me in my sleep, fall into the toilet if I don't keep it up while I'm cleaning, get caught in the car door, scare me into thinking it's a spider or something crawling on me when it tickles my thighs etc., etc. Himself is balding but won't do the deed all the way and just shave his head despite how hot and sexy I find baldness. ::sighs::

My hair is halfway down my back, bra strap length or so. And unlike the photo in my avi, I don't flatiron it anymore. I let the curls fall where they may. boing, boing, boing eta: DaddyBoo's head is shaved, which I love to rub like a lamp with a genie inside it. [8D]

Mine is down to my lower back, but I selected mid-back since it isn't quite to my ass yet. I had to cut my hair very short when I joined the Navy and decided once I grew it back out that I would never cut it that short again.

My hair is about to the bottom of my neck. I recently had 3 inches cut off it. I was trying to grow it but every time I do, it leads back to the same thing, which is that I can't stand the feeling of it. I don't like to feel it tickling me, I don't like to feel it wet on my neck and back after a shower etc, and most of the time when it's longer I find myself wrapping it up and clipping it to the back of my head anyway, so there's no sense in growing it. I dont like long hair on men either. It squicks me out and it's like I don't want to feel it brush up against me.

I've been growing it for about 3 years. My beloved and I split for awhile, and when we got back together, he was pleasantly surprised by my new porn star hair. I've been forbidden from cutting it, too. He enjoys being able to wrap it around his hand when he pulls it. ~faith
