I believe that with a particular angle, and with the wall between the vagina and the ass being so thin... it's possible to rub the vaginal g-spot with anal sex. I think it would be all about angle, personally... (maybe speaking from experience? maybe not?)

Anatomically speaking, I don't think there is such a physical location. I believe the actual g-spot is a cluster of nerves and a physical thing that exists, whereas the differences in sensation are just based on how you interpret the nerve responses (but it's a physical thing and has to exist even if it's not magical or even pleasant).

I'm one of those that definitely gets off from penetration. But cannot find the damn thing myself, manually or with toys. Other people have had no such problem on me though.

Well... I  am in my 50's and have never had an orgasm through intercourse..  no matter how long and how hard various partners have tried. I require intense, hard clitoral stimulation to cum. Yes they were right, but if you had kept going, it is likely that you would have squirted (which is not peeing).  Next opportunity, just grab a couple of big towels and put them under your butt and see what happens.

Yes, the fluid has been tested (someone posted links the last time we talked about this).  When you squirt, it doesn't feel like you're peeing... okay, when I squirt, it doesn't feel like I'm peeing.  I don't think I could pee in the middle of an orgasm if I tried, and lawwwwwwwwd have mercy, that is some powerful orgasm!

I've never orgasmed from anything other than masturbation.   Even when I squirted or in some cases, dribbled, I didn't orgasm with it.

Just a reminder you have to be really aroused before it starts to engorge so that you can feel the little thickened patch.   If you're fretting and stressing to begin with, unlikely your spelunking will come up with anything, let alone a G-spot orgasm!  Most women find it easiest to G-spot from oral sex with one of his fingers inside about one third of the way and gently rubbing the front vaginal wall in a 'come over here' gesture, but to each her own.
