LOL, well, I can't speak for everyone, but for me sandpaper can be extremely painful, depending on where and how long it is used; or it can be extremely sensual and arousing...with the same analogy being applied...where and how it is used. I will admit that I have never had to masturbate with it...but I have had it rubed over my clit after some intense torture...VERY painful lol.
