As a " vendor" i try and fill many want list's and needs , though i am a small operation and can not carry everything . I also can not open a store front as the overhead would kill me so i just do some event s and word of mouth keeping it small and affordable .There are places both good and very bad on the scale in terms of price ,selection ,and quality .There are also some vendors that do not have that world wide reach .It also depends on what it is your looking for , somethings can be had through other means ways and stores .Example if you want a riding crop go to a tack store if you do not have a "bdsm" only store .I find most xxx adult magazine dvd outlet chain type store carry the intro cheaply made over priced items and we really do not need the plastic love cuffs , or garment quality furry handcuffs that break after one use .If you able to attend an event , support the vendors that also made the trip to serve you , if you travel seek out those places too make it a side trip to your holiday .If your worried about taking some items home on a plane or a family member seeing what cool item you may have found most places will ship right from the store or mail it off yourself back home .It is true people and store s can not be like gas stations on every block , nor would i want them there .It does take some home work and effort to find the fun ,good quality, stuff and a reasonable price with great service we all desire and seek .The best compliment is a referance the best complaint is not to shop there .
