This must have been done before, so sorry if it's old hat . . .

But if not:

Anybody remember that episode from the original Shatner series?  Kirk and team arrive on a planet to find that the men are living like primitives while the women are living a palatial life.  The men are enslaved to the women and are controled by means of a device that they wear like a ring on their fingers.  The women have only to twist this wring and the man/men they're pointing at are writhing in agony.  Thus is the social stability on that planet maintained.

So, what's the nearest to such a device that's ever been invented?  Were it to be invented, would subs wear it (yes, for me, natch [:)]).  Would Doms/Dommes wear the controlling ring on their fingers?  I guess most importantly of all, could it be manufactured somewhere in the world today and used legally?

The have a 300 foot range, I have not measured it out. But I know my boy can go two blocks and I can still get him with it :-)

I have always thought it would be the perfect way to keep a sissy inline if
she had a shocking collar that was locked around her nasty sissy balls.I know it will hurt when used but i would like to find one,and id even put it on myself and lock it tightly.I know that would have to be one of the best ways to punish a sissy as well as to help with her sissy training.Why not a locking chastity belt with a shocker attached to it.It wouldnt take long and i would be very obediant and willing to do any thing that i am ordered to do.

Look at MistressKaren51's profile. She has modified the dog collar to fit around the member. I own one and the distance is quite far--you can't run fast enough and there are a number of settings.

I know mine has a range of about a half mile. It doesn't even have to be anywhere tender (I'v tried it on my neck) for it to unleash immense pain. With the "training" it gives on the highest setting all I have to say to outrunning it is "good luck."

I assume the dog shock collar would fit around the thigh?  If that's the case, then I'm adding this idea to my wishlist.  Found this on Youtube by the way: Girl tests dog shock collar .  Not sure what setting she had it on though, she clearly didn't like it!

Prisoner stun belts have actually been around for some time. You must also remember that not all wearers of such equipment will appreciate it and will make repeated efforts to remove it. So your belt must be designed to prevent its easy removal as well.

There has been some controversy over these devices over the years by such organizations as Amnesty International who object to there use, so they’ve gone underground somewhat.  But here’s an informative link to the Nova prisoner shock belt which might offer some insight.

I was kinda disappointed that the product ended up as pricey as it did (I was following their blog while they developed it. interesting stuff), and also that as far as i can tell they only market it F/m, not M/m.
plus you can use it through the internet with a usb plugin transmitter.

I have a hunting collar remote covers 5 miles! Wasn't cheap but is handy when hiking

If you need this you have no right to your title, A sub submits a Dom trains a sadist punishes.
