I just found something "cute".
It's CNN's electoral map calculator link online.
This will be something that can be used to monitor the race.
Click on a state, choose a winner and then watch the electoral votes.

My, my, my.
I remember an election about 8 years ago, where electoral votes helped determine a winner!
I am thinking if it is close {which I doubt} electoral votes might be what gets Obama in the White House.
Damn, what goes around comes around!

I have a cute little app on my iPhone that shows the same type of stats but, big surprise, the numbers are different. It's an interesting concept but just whose numbers can you believe? It's just high-tech navel gazing.

CNN: 177 - 87 - 100 - 49 - 125
Slate: 203 - 117 - 55 - 5 - 158
