Reliable factual information regarding risk is necessary in order for informed consent to exist. What upsets many people about breath play is that, unlike most any other type of play, there is no way to mitigate some of the risks (ie: it's impossible to reduce the risk associated with cardiac arrest). There is no technique... no level of experience... that can reduce that risk. And with that information... go forth and make up your own mind as to whether you wish to engage in breath play. No fear mongering here. John

Reckless murder I think fits the best in this type of scenerio, since it considers that the killer placed the victim at uneccessary risk by doing something that they should have known would/could likely cause death. "Manslaughter", on the other hand, is considered intentional, but with the "excuse" that the killer is mentally incompetent on some level, which is what distinguishes it from "murder".
