Status: offline 		Free divers hold their breath for five minutes at a time, don't they?  Takes lots of practice, though, and they run the risk of anoxia on the way up, and can drown without knowing it.

Status: offline 		You can easily do two and a half to three minutes if you do breathing exercises beforehand. The record must be much longer than five minutes therefore, I'd think.
