What have you found that works for torturing a sub in a sleep sack? ie. What can you do to them in the sleep sack?
My thoughts are punishment, making him lay in the sack all trussed up and listen to rap music which he hates, put something under the sleep sack that is uncomfortable and make him lie in the sleep sack on top of it.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Inside, wet rags........a few handfuls of sand..........mosquitoes in season......make him sleep in the wet spot for sure, maybe pee in it, this time of year hang it outside (I didnt check where your from, but get it real damp and put it in the freezer, if southern). small rocks on the outside as a bed, make him line them up........ ball up a bunch of duct tape, sticky side out and throw in there with him. sawdust.................make him bundle up in sweaters and longjohns and sweat. lay stuff on it, crushed aluminum cans.......... spray it with buck scent or some other malodorous thing..........garlic oil, onion or vinegar rubdown.......balled up newspaper nice and snug around him.......

what ever you got will work........throw the toys in with him when you are done for the night...........

Willie Nelson tells the story of coming home, late, one night, drunk out of his mind. His then wife was VERY angry with him, and helped him to bed. Once he passed out, she took needle and thread to the sheets, to bind him in. Once he was secured, she beat him with the broom handle. Me thinks he sobered up then.

Well you know - I have a bit of an issue with this. Yes you can make your subs life a misery - but really why would you want to.
I dont know about you - but if I dont sleep well for days on end I become irrated. Sleep is necessary for a healthy body and mind. I dont want a drag arse slave serving me. I want someone who is on top of their game and attentive
Sure you can do nasty things to him (and the things that have been mentioned are, to my mind just plain nasty) - but really - if you want to have control over your slave why dont you try a bit of mental domination.

i agree with MistressofGa.....
Not being able to keep up with Your demands and yet desperately wanting to....that's the mental (and physical) torture.
Break the monotony with letting him sleep on the weekends (still in the sack of course).
