Sometimes called posture training collars...........hope you dont get an itch, don't wear it so tight that you cant give head.

I am sure there are some bizarre and arcane problematics out there, but most of them have been identified in a minor New England Journal of Medicine article in the 20's, and are no longer active.

A neck is more decorative than binding. It comes from the upper shoulders and neck to the underside of the chin in length. They can look very hot when used with things like corsetts and arm binders. They restrict movement of your head, keeping your chin up and neck straight, but will not choke you. Posture collars are a completely different thing, but also cause proper posture in the way they constrain movements.

neck corsets sometimes extend down to the upper chest as well. I love posture collars and neck corsets . They restrict movement. The danger would be laying down while while wearing one. I was layed down and passed out.

Hi Mineva!
Welcome back to the boards!

Neck corsets or posture collars are adjustable. Start out with it as loose as possible and get used to it. Then try tightening it slowly to see what you can comfortably stand. Be careful about sudden movements and be sure you have someone else around when you tighten it for the first time. If you feel dizzy or nauseous loosen it immediately. Also work out a signal (non verbal) to the other person in case you are in distress and need to have it removed.
