What is it with this photographic approval lark?? I have put in three photos so far, one with a violet wand near my bum, another with needles and roses on my boobs and the last one with a violet wand near my hair and it being pulled????

All three haven't been approved.  I dont want to put one with my face on for various reasons............but if I was stark naked it would be ok?!?!?!

This site amazes me, I thought it was liberal....guess again!!

*sigh*

needle play pics are against tos.  I'm pretty sure violet wands would be construed as 'extreme' and therefor eagainst tos.

I've seen a few photos that should not have been posted according to the rules. Either there is no rhyme to what is allowed, or sometimes the photo nazies are asleep. ( Yes I do spent way too much time browsing photos!!)

there are laws on which cm can post a pic or not...it isnt cm's fault to pull yours.  blame the law.  not cm.

There are a couple of people on the forums that can explain to you the rationale behind the photo vetting process / standards. Or, if you go to the 'search' feature at the top of the page and type 'photo (or pic) approval' in the search field you can look up the umpteen threads that have been done about this subject before :)

Well I suppose at the end of the day its not life and death, just a minor irritation.  No rationale behind it I suppose ......................

All it takes is a quick minute to check the photographical approval guidelines. From how you have described the images, none of them sound as though they fit the criteria.
Sounds pretty rational to me.

Slightly upsetting to have someone else find your images objectionable but probably everyone has had photos not approved so you are in good company and there is always a good reason for it, it seems. It’s not a personal attack but it’s hard to get out of thinking that way for some.

There IS rationale.. which is why I suggested that you use the search function (or maybe read the TOS guidelines). That way, you will be able to submit pics that will be more likely to be approved.

There's this quaint little document called the TOS to which you agreed.

Read it.
