Sweet Transvestite- RHPS (Transylvania)

Point of order! In RHPS, Transylvania is actually a planet

"Journey to the End of the East Bay"- Rancid
("I said, 'This ain't no Mecca, man- this place is fucked'")
"Hoboken"- Operation Ivy
"Angel City"- Motorhead
"Moon Over Marin"- Dead Kennedys
"Biggest Ball of Twine in Minnesota"- Weird Al Yankovic
"Greetings From Shitsville" (London)- The Wildhearts
"Never Gonna Change" (Alabama)- Drive-By Truckers

I've got dozens... the tricky thing is coming up with ones that aren't about California or some portion thereof

Hey Dave! The ultimate Geography song sung by the ultimate Country and Western Star, Mr. Johnny Cash : I've Been Everywhere.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2eI4BumtpfA

I was totin my pack along the long dusty Winnemucca road
When along came a semi with a high canvas covered load
If your goin' to Winnemucca, Mack, with me you can ride
And so I climbed into the cab and then I settled down inside
He asked me if I'd seen a road with so much dust and sand
And I said, "Listen! I've traveled every road in this here land!"

I've been everywhere, man
I've been everywhere, man
Crossed the deserts bare, man
I've breathed the mountain air, man
Travel - I've had my share, man
I've been everywhere.

I've been to:
Reno
Chicago
Fargo
Minnesota
Buffalo
Toronto

I've been everywhere, man
I've been everywhere, man

Yacko, "the Warner Brother", did two geography songs ...

One was of the US states ... and the other was a brilliant production of the singing of the countries (of that time) of the world.

You may need to do some scrounging on the Cartoon Network or Warner Brothers animation archives; I assure you these musical works by the Animaniacs do exist!.

Yes it is and I'm glad I scrolled down farther before I made the same comment.

My little song to add.
The night the lights went out in Georgia.
