My favorite chocolate is Dark Chocolate Ice Cream.

Mix the dark choc. with marshmallow souce and some devil food cake and it tastes like Hostess Cupcakes...at least that's what we
have here in the east. Dunno about the rest of the country or overseas...but it issss  yummy...

Any favorite chocolate recipies out there?

Oh, in the late Winter, February, in my town they have a chocolate week with daily/evening events with a final ball with literally tons of chocolate to rise money for a local charity.
