To my horror, my New Rock boots are breaking up, for I have noticed a deep crack running across the Reactor sole, and someone I know , theirs is worse, for the sole has broken in half completely.

Does anyone know of this problem, and more importantly, what can be done about it ?

It's just age, A. Contact NR and see if they do repairs, but it will probably be mucho expensive. I doubt anyone else could repair it as well as.
