Sounds good in theory, but it's just not true in practice. I don't exactly know why, but some women give better blowjobs than others. Yes, of course it helps to get to know the person you're blowing, but some women can't give a great blowjob even after years of practicing on the same cock, and others give amazing ones right off the bat.
Enthusiasm has a lot to do with it too, but that's not the secret either. I've gotten great blowjobs from women who weren't all that into it, and forgettable blowjobs from women who were trying everything they could to please me.
Just another one of life's little mysteries.
