Great song! Very sincere emotions come through ....
But, and you knew there would be a but....once again the "politicians" escape any guilt...If you want to blame Bush fine...but there
is a long line in back of him..from Clinton asleep at the helm doing other things than company business in the oval office, to Bush 41,
to Jimmy Carter who decimated our Intelligence services while he was CIC. Additionally, there are a host of other people in Congress
and the hidden bureacrats...the most dangerous of all.
It's much easier, however, to just say "rich people"....otherwise the song would probably go on for fifteen minutes.
Again...enjoyed the song, reminds me of Bruce Springsteen in his younger days.
