Status: offline 		Sounds more like a title for a car.  You know, the former owner and the new owner can sign in front of a notary, and the new owner will get his title in the mail in about 14 days.

  Ugh, what a terrible concept.  Like I need a freaking letter pinned to my shirt so I can go off to a new relationship!

Try a bill of sale or transfer. 

If you want to set your slave free, the word you are looking for is "manumission".  Here is a manumission document from the year 1278:  http://www.fordham.edu/halsall/source/manumission.html

Status: offline 		I sort of get what you're driving at and I think it's very creative but as long as everyone involved knows the slave has been transferred (and no matter what you write there is no legal effect) might as well be a verbal transfer.  I just see it as extra work.

Why bother? What's wrong with just verbally telling the sub/slave that they have been released to another Master?

Status: offline 		i supose you could modify divorce papers...since in some relationships the collar bares the same significance as a wedding ring ... but then would the slave get half of the property etc? better to just seperate that way theres no legal battle over the toybox...
