What I think of as "prostate milking," however, would not involve orgasm, but massaging the prostate's secretions out of the urethra. Please define the techincal differences of medical (only) prostate draining and sensual milking. Is it a matter of how long the stimulation is occuring? Is it how it occurs? What draws that line? Is it a matter of the end result? And can you identify where you got your information please? Thanks.

Well, I'm not a doctor, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
As I understand it/ in my experience/YMMV:
The prostate is an erogenous zone, I have orgasmed solely from prostate stimulation, but only when I was highly aroused already, and only from a pretty determined stimulation. The more arousal, the less direct stimulation would be required. For example (skip to the next paragraph if a frank discussion of male naughty bits is icky), for a while I engaged in a lot of solo anal play, with a mind towards increasing my maximum capacity. I was working on a new, larger toy, I was quite worked up. As the toy made it past it's widest point, and made a quick move upwards and forward, I went off like an IED. The emission was unmistakably semen, the experience was unmistakably an orgasm. It is also a bit difficult to replicate. I like to imagine that the prostate orgasm is somewhat akin to the experience of the female orgasm.
As for the milking, if the male starts physically unaroused, and the prostate is massaged without fanfare, and the stimulation is kept brief and businesslike, the prostate's contents will be moved out, with a sensation much like urination. The physical pressure to orgasm will be relieved, however, the usual sorts of stimulation of the male anatomy will result in an orgasm without the mandatory recharge time, albeit with a reduced volume of ejaculate.
