I know that in the golden age of Hollywood there were many BDSM enthusiasts happily lashing away and that one of the most notorious was the actor Lionel Atwill who threw BDSM parties for the elite and was in quite a few movies.
Does anyone know anything about him? Or any of his friends, I only know what I read in Kenneth Anger's Hollywood Babylon and he fascinates me.
