Or rather, have you ever noticed a time in your relationship(s) (past or present) in which your Dom/Master only used you in one manner (bluntly speaking - orally, vaginally, anally) for any extended period? Did this have an adverse effect on your relationship? Was it a welcomed occurrence? Would/do you prefer it to be so? Were its wherefores purely the manifestations of his desires or yours? Etc...

What inspired me to ask this question was a conversation that my slave and I shared this morning concerning a similar trend within our own relationship that seems to be leading us towards an orally-fixated dynamic. She, the scholar she is, had assiduously recorded our bedroom antics and through presumably capricious analysis had determined that we had gone from an otherwise varied sex life (the exact ratio was 2:3:1: (oral, vaginal, anal)) to one dominated by fellatio (7:3:1) and thought that it was worth mentioning.

This then prompted a discussion of why this might be, during which we posited the following possibilities: a) the selfish bastard I am, I enjoy oral sex (who here doesn't?) and hence request (or command...) that it be done often. b) she has often voiced her appreciation for the act, and has similarly stated that she feels most submissive when performing, thus encouraging my actions. c) that this was a natural progression from proactive to reactive domination, and from reactive to proactive submission (it is as confusing as it sounds, and patently applies to our relationship and our relationship alone (because of our abstruse definitions of proactive/reactive in terms of BDSM)). And d) that it is exactly that, a trend, and that it would pass at time and would manifest itself in several alternating incarnations.

Needless to say, she requested that I inquire as to whether or not others had experienced this, and if they had, what they believed to be the reasons for it.

Well, I'm disappointed. I thought this might be about various partners.
Your part c makes perfect sense to me, so you aren't alone there. I'd be disappointed if he chose one option of the various I have available at any given time, though.

and in our relationship we have a stable hole, and with occasional foreys into other areas. It is as Sir desires. And it is all to the good.

While this may for some be contrued intrinsically as floccipaucinihilipilification, my own person has yet to perceive a sense of antidisestablishment through the systematic invariable insertion of certain comestible devices into a singularly given orifice of my anatomy.

Edited to provide necessary modifications to my uncharacteristic failing to observe the syntax of one of the aforementioned words.

Color me dorky but I think it's cool that she did an analysis like that. That's how my brain works, which has driven my partners crazy in the past. I can't help it, even though they often thought I was trying to hold something against them, my brain just goes there.

Like, when my former Master & I were at The Forum Shops in Vegas earlier this year, he was happy as can be to get to some of his designer stores and I was busily figuring out how the swirly escalator worked.

But that has nothing to do with your post! Ha.

I think people just end up doing what they like best more often. You're the dominant; you like oral best, and that's where you take things. But I love that she created ratios. Did she chart and graph it, too? (Not being facetious, I enjoy that sort of thing).
