why not sell your skills as a mortgage broker and advise ppl on what they can realistically afford in a mortgage?  call yourself a consultant, you have the experience, you know what products are out there, and you could even use that knowledge to potentially avoid foreclosure by helping them find the right products for their needs.

I've known a few people that have successfully made money on ebay. In fact one of my old bosses wife made more money on ebay then he did, and he was doing pretty well. She use to hit garage sales every weekend buying up clothes. Specifically jeans. Then she'd flip them online and made her fortune.

yes, that is possible if you manage to hit the right items at the right prices, but my brother in law and his wife tried that and didn't make squat.  all depends on your product, your marketing and your success in hitting it right on the head with both.

Ret contacting the banks.  They have loads of overvalued properties on their books and may appreciate help revaluing them.  Or maintaining them.

FR

Based on his post in May 08 he is hoping to get work as a pro-sub.

edited to add something

Well done on letting people know you are looking for work, people are much more likely to get work by word of mouth or cold canvassing than by applying for advertised jobs.
