Okay, so here's the deal. i'm cheap...Not in that slutty, dirty, nasty way You nasty people!!!

i'm on a.....damn...i can barely type the words...a....budget.. There!! damn!! i said it..

And if i dress up for halloween and sin the costume contest i get at work i'll get a $20 gift card. It will be free from all budgetting issues.
It will be MINE.. ALL MINE I TELL YA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the gift card is for a specific store/stores the 20$ isnt
