I think they are trying to give people the impression that they catch everyone - so don't try anything. Nothing could be farther from the truth, there are many many unsolved crimes, and there are many unserved felony warrants, thousands in this city alone. I remember one time in jail when we first got there, the guard said "I know every MF in here was framed, but you are here so make the best of it". However over the years I have come to the conclusion that they do not do their job all that well, and I am sure there are alot of innocent people behind bars. All the who-done-its you see are a bunch of crap. The fact is that they decide in the first five minutes who done it and then work on building a case against one suspect. Prosecutors illegally omit and hide any evidence they find that points to another suspect, and then usually find a whole bunch of charges to lay on the defendant to induce a plea bargain. The laws against entrapment are pretty much nullified, and a fair trial is a thing of the past. They can also now charge you with crimes which were not illegal when you commited the act, just ask KPMG. I'm not saying KPMG was squeaky clean, by any stretsh, but not only were they charged retroactively, the government basically threw out attorney/client priveledge, claiming that it was non-cooperation. They also mounted up the charges to the point where most were afraid to mount a defense and fight the charges, charges that should have never been brought under the Constitution. Now if this is happening here, I wonder how far they go in other countries. T
