On the above right hand side of the message board side of collar me click on "My Profile".
Scroll down in "My Avatar" on the left select "Upload my picture (will replace the existing one)". Click on the words "upload my picture" and then click "browse." Select the picture from your computer and click "ok". Don't forget to scroll all the way to the bottom and click on "Ok".
You'll have to make sure it's the right size or it won't upload it.
