ORIGINAL: sub4hire I can tell you both are against same sex marriage. I've seen Obama in interviews go both ways depending on the day. For it or against. I've seen it in the local newspaper. I'd search sites like politico.com or cnn.com, foxnews.com As I know you're all about spreading truth, I would like more info (or a link) on when you've seen Obama say he is for same sex marriage, because I've seen him respond to this several times, even if a little disconcerted by the question, as no he is not... Please don't search for anything about Obama on FIX NEWS if you want anything close to the truth; if however you are looking for anything to help further persuade an already made up mind to not vote for him, than Fox network is the place to go. If you want the truth regarding Obama on TV, watch MSNBC, where you will get republicans and democrats representing both sides of the debate. I have seen Obama and Biden in small town halls and openly in debates, answer that they are for civil unions with all of the same rights as any het couple, but that they do not support the use of the word marriage as it is one backed by a religious description meaning an union between a man and a woman. As I've seen and understand, McCain and Palin are also against same sex marriage (http://www.christianpost.com/article/20080318/mccain-pressed-to-clarify-stance-on-marriage.htm ), but McCain is for legal contracts between adults. http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/blogs/sfgate/detail?blogid=14&entry_id=26720 M
