I guess this would go here...

I just wanted to let anyone know that cares, that On Monday, I will be taking the practical portion of my Pennsylvania State Board Examination for Cosmetology... I am scared SHITLESS!  So I guess right now, I'm just hoping for a little encuragement....
I have to finish packing tonight, go to band practice tomorrow, Stay the night at Sweets' house tomorrow night, TRY to get some sleep, get up at 430am (even though I don't usually go to bed til at least 3), drive for 2 and 1/2 hours, go be with a bunch of people that I don't know (when large groups of people scare the bejeesus out of me), and take a 4 hour test.... Could someone please make me a martini??  PLEASE?!?!?!

The best thing to do is to KNOW you have done all you can and to relax.
No need to beat yourself up over this. You've done all you can for now.
It will soon be over, and this will be a memory.
Relax.

Youll ace it baby, dont worry and calm yourself.  been there before with my massage therapy license and my athestics as well. scary but way WAY doable

you know what they say in martial arts?  A test is not to prove you can do something, it's to show off how well you do it.

Hello Everyone!!  It's Fanny-  I'm writing from my Sweet's name because I'm at his house, and can't remember my login info, and since he's already logged in, I will just use it... lol

Thank you all for the vote of confedence... really, I am not near as nervous as I thought I would be... I'm all packed, and I double checked that I have everything that I will need...

I'm not worried in the LEAST about my abilities... I got this... lol I'm very confedant... I'm more worried about getting lost, or having there be WAY too many people there, and me getting all freaked about the croud... Other than that, I'm good!!  :-D 

I will be sure to let you all know how I do when I find out... I will let you know tomorrow how I think I did, and when I get the letter, I will let you all know how THEY thought I did... lol  I will keep you posted!

I just want to say thank you to all of you for your kind words!!  You have no idea how much it helped me!  As I was doing my last procedure (Manicuring), I got a HUGE smile on my face, because all I could think was "I really AM showing off!!!!"  I couldn't wait to get back here so I could let you all know.. I remembered EVERTHING... Even though I have been out of school since May.. And When I got done with some of the procedures early, I got to stand there and watch others with thiers... And yes, I believe I really was showing off... and it felt GOOD!!!  I got this!!  I can't wait till I get my scores... within about a week, I will be able to let you all know my actual scores...   Thank you all again...

But for now, I just wanted to come on here and let you all know how I did before heading off to bed.. I have been up since about 20 til 4 thismorning.... after going to sleep around 2... so yeah... I'm exausted!!  ::hugs to all::  And thanks again

Thank you all, once again... I will deffinately be sure to let you all know what the ACTUAL score is as soon as I find out.... I still have to take my Theory test, but I'm not worried about that... I don't have actual test anxiety... so I'm kool with all that.... Can't wait to actually get my whole thing DONE...
