I suggest you be more creative in your on-line searches and I think you will find there is much information out there on this type of training.
I disagree with the notion that this does not take much training. In fact, you would find it difficult to get me to that point. If someone wants to be an adult baby, of course it doesnt take much training. But giving someone what they want is like training a labrador to want attention.
If its about domination, power exchange or even humiliation, many dominants over-look the power of this type of training; likely to pre-concieved notions and an inability to think outside of the box.
I have had some intense experiences on this subject and, based on my experiences, the exchange of power and the psychological aspects are very strong. If you are one of those who says no to "diapers" in general, consider why you feel that way. Is it because you don't want to change someone's diaper? Well, heck, I thought you were the dominant!
Imagine for someone, like me, being forced or punished with this kind of training, reinforcement, or conditioning. Isnt it about pushing your limits? I assure you, this is at the edge of mine. Can you imagine trying not to feel submissive, to feel masculine or in control, if you were diapered; or even worse, conditioned (by a number of means) to wet when diapered?
