victortheo22 -> How to ask a professional dom I am looking for a strapon (12/13/2005 9:52:41 PM)

I have heard that it is illegal to use strapons in domme sessions - some kind of ancient sodomy law - so how do I mention this to my professional domme that I am interested in a session using a strapon
Alternately there are some dommes who are advertising this as their speciality - so is it that the law has changed or they have become more daring
curious

Hmm okay so you say " ma'am it's 200.00 for a hour session with bondage, cbt and the strap-on? Or is the strap-on extra?[:D]

I agree.......Be up front with Her, and I'm sure you will get a quick answer to your question. As far as the legality, there is a good chance that it is illegal, along with a good bit of the other things She is doing with you, but that is the nature of the business. You are a paying client and have nothing to lose by putting your cards on the table.
............Yours, Veronica

Actually, sodomy laws were ruled unconstitutional by the US Supreme Court.

I'd suggest you look for a pro that advertises specifically that she does that; expect that it will cost you more. That she advertises she will do that will open the door for that conversation. Many do not because of legalities and personal limits about not having sex with clients. And yes, if someone is doing you with a strap on, she IS having sex with you.

Local laws vary by state and city...Try calling your local police department and ask if anal penetration with a sex toy for monetary gain is legal. If they say OK, simply ask the hooker to do ya.

Yes, I think your answer is, Sodomy laws vary from state to state?
As do sodomizing animals. People = good animals = bad

As far as the strap on question, I would use the "my friend is curious.....how much would you charge him to wear his ass out with a strap on, Maam?"

Good luck and like the commercial reads "what do you have in your wallet?"
Everything has its price!

This is not necessarily an issue of "sodomy laws." It's really an issue about prostitution laws. In other words, in your state, strapon play is probably legal, but strapon play for money is probably not. Victortheo22, you live in Minneapolis, which is not in one of the Nevada counties in which hoin' and gamblin' are legal.

Here's a useful excerpt from "worldsexguide.org" on a description of the typical wording of prostitution laws regarding what constitutes sex:

Your typical criminal code basically defines several sexual related terms, usually "sexual intercourse" (usually straight penile/vaginal sexual activity), "deviant sexual intercourse" (blowjob, hand job, anal; basically something more involved than mere "sexual contact" as described, but which doesn't qualify as straight penis/ vagina sexual intercourse. BTW, most statutes are gender neutral now, so "deviant sexual intercourse" applies to both same sex and different sex "unions," shall we say), and "sexual contact" (usually touching of clothed or unclothed sexual organs or female breasts with the purpose of eliciting or gratifying sexual desire of one of the parties to the incident).

...HOWEVER, there are pro dommes who do readily break this particular law, especially if they know you and know you're not a cop. A good way to convince her that you're not a cop would be first to stick something up your own ass.

I believe Mitsu is correct ...

It is not so much that it is 'sodomy' as it is technically prostitution.
