Still snowing here.  About five inches on the ground.  Ugh.

FRSguy -> RE: Grrrrrrrrr (10/28/2008 10:28:40 AM)

Why dont you move out here to the west coast aileen where you can stay naked and chained year round?

Aileen1968 -> RE: Grrrrrrrrr (10/28/2008 10:32:00 AM)

Because someone I like keeps me naked and chained right here in NJ.  [:)]

windchymes -> RE: Grrrrrrrrr (10/28/2008 3:36:39 PM)

7000 square feet???  Holy crap!  Does he ever forget where he tied you up and left you? [:D]

P.S.  Missing NJ...wishing I could have afforded to stay there [:(]

I think this snow would be offering a new photo shoot!
Beg for the key and start snapping!

Couldn't help but notice,though complaining about a certain lack of tact....you never denied his oh so true statement

marieToo -> RE: Grrrrrrrrr (10/28/2008 6:12:24 PM)

No snow here.  Just rain and wind in South J.

And the people who has never seen snow dream of moving to somewhere snowy every winter.
Is it a case of the grass is always greener?   I wouldn't move from the US just because of snow;  I would just move to a place in the US where there is much less snow, but had most of the other things I enjoyed, while still being within 1-6 hours flying distance from my family.    M

beargonewild -> RE: Grrrrrrrrr (10/28/2008 6:32:41 PM)

Right now it's a balmy 28 degrees outside forecasting periodic flurries overnight and tomorrow morning.

soul2share -> RE: Grrrrrrrrr (10/28/2008 6:35:16 PM)

it was about 90 degrees and sunny here today...even now, it's only 83 degrees......maybe I can drag some of it back east with me when I fly out tomorrow.....going to upstate NY....where they too have had snow!  I've been here for 4 years.....not sure how I'm gonna do......had to actually UNPACK my "winter coat!"

leakylee -> RE: Grrrrrrrrr (10/28/2008 8:02:40 PM)

christ and i was gonna complain about a low of 42 tonight. which by the way, is completely not right. sern cold for here, but i won't whine so much with yall getting snow. does make me glad i moved back to FL.

tweedydaddy -> RE: Grrrrrrrrr (10/29/2008 2:47:20 AM)

Minus two degree in Cheshire Uk last night and it only stops raining to allow the fog to rise. My garden has degenerated into a sort of soup. Nice of them to quadruple the price of heating gas just in time for what looks like a scary winter.

SilverMark -> RE: Grrrrrrrrr (10/29/2008 5:09:15 AM)

I knew there were some really good reasons to move South!

heartcream -> RE: Grrrrrrrrr (10/29/2008 8:51:57 PM)

Oh Brrrrr, I dont like the cold. Put the storm windows up today. We have had snow, hail and cold. I like the summer, spring the best. Or warm climates.

PanthersMom -> RE: Grrrrrrrrr (10/29/2008 8:54:11 PM)

we had a brief snow shower here today too, i hate winter, everything dies or goes dormant.  i love spring when everything becomes green and grows brand new and beautiful.
