I'm a pretty big coffee drinker.  A splash of half & half and a packet of splenda.

When I do get in the mood for tea, I'm across the board with it.  Jasmine, green, orange spice, and there's two teas at Teavana that have me utterly captivated:  Jasmine dragon pearls and White Geisha.

Nightly tea is a ritual in this house.  I like black tea and white tea more than the green teas.

okay I know I know bad taste .. but funny ...
Tea wise there are some great and some not so hot teas on the market .. if you have an asian market around you .. take some time and stroll down the tea isle try new ones and like someone said above .. if you don't like offer em to your friends .
Also note if you are ill with chest congestion or an upset tummy that ginger tea or even better ANY hot tea with fresh ginger seeping in it will help you, just drink the tea you don't need to eat the ginger you have put into it .
a note about honey ... if you can get some local honey it will help with your allergies as well so sounds like you are well on your way to a healthier you while exploring the vass worlds of tea .. it is fun journey .. one I am still happily lost on
Wishing you luck and lot of fun !
