Any suggestions fellow owners (doms and misstresses) on how to use her disability against her to keep her captive, restrain her, humiliate her, use her, etc. or what she may all be hoping for?

Making her crawl could be very humiliating for her. You would just have to make sure that she wasn't injuring her skin while doing it.

I think you might want to consider her mental well being instead of trying to come up with ideas in which to humiliate her because of her disability.
