This is going to be the first year in a while that no one will be home to give out candy.  Therefore, I didn't buy any.  Which is a shame, I always gave out snickers, kit kats, and other chocolatey goodness.  I adore those peanut butter things, with the crumbly peanut butter in the middle, and they are wrapped in orange or black paper.  (nom nom nom)  I won't touch smarties.  I can't wait to have candy for breakfast tomorrow morning!

Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!

You eat peanut butter kisses!  Gross.  I always hated people that gave those out.  I kept thinking, spring for the extra fifty-cents.  Buy some good candy!

But I will tell you what, I will trade my peanut butter kisses for fun-size candy bars. . . how does that sound?

I love the PayDay's too

And I LUUUUVVVVV Almond Joys, Mounds and Baby Ruths, and Smarties are the most disgusting thing since malted milk balls.

When I was a kid, a lot of people used to make popcorn balls and pass those out.  I hated them.  Not too long after that, people started putting needles and razor blades in the candy, so we had to have it "inspected" by mom and she threw away anything that looked "tampered with".  Some hospitals even x-rayed the candy for free on that night.  That was pretty much the end of homemade treats, because you knew it would just get thrown away by someone's paranoid mother.

I'm not giving out candy this year.  I thought I was taking Thing 2 trickor treating and she ended up staying the night with a friend.  Thing 1 is out with friends, so I'm at home with my dad.  When I found out Thing 2 was staying the night, I made an orange construction paper sign that said, "Out Trick or Treating - Happy Halloween" and drew a pumpkin on it.

I used to give out Dubl Bubl gum, mini candy bars, or Twizzler singles, but the best are Reeses cups.

I detest Smarties, Sweetarts, Pop Rocks, anything "tangy" or sour, and coconut, and Butterfingers.

Most of the other chocolate stuff is good though.

Candy corn, orange slices, and the foamy peanut things are putrid...
