Anyone have any idea whats happening with the chatroom. Is it connected to anything or is it just the connection from my PC? That seems like a perfect place to get to know people and chat to them but I cant get it to work. Shame![8\|]

Not sure, I VERY rarely go in the chatrooms. They mostly seem to be a place for online games and, excuse the expression...wannabe's...now granted, there are some in there that are real, but the majority are just players.

I have a problem with the chatroom as well. I get a socket reset connection error and the area where the names of those in the room goes blank. I've downloaded javaVm as they say below the chat area but it does no good either. Guess if it (the chatrooms) was worth going to then it would work, right? LOL

If you have a IRC program or download one of the following like mirc or pirch for the pc, ircle for the mac you can get into the chatrooms. Just type in the server description> collarme.com that should get you there. And have collarme running in the background you can still view profiles of those in the chat room you just have to search for that name. Good luck

Mr Disiplin You're not missing much, I used to go into the chat rooms all the time and I wasn't unduely impressed with them. They are however better than alt's stuff lol.

Ho Giggle Bob. What a nice name, "BOB" ! As for the chat rooms, I don't know either. I never go there, there os way too much chatting to keep up with. I stick to Yahoo Chat all the tie, much easier, with not that many people are at the same time. BalletBob

i love going to chat, ya meet the nicest people there. If you're having trouble going in thru CM, try using another program. I use Mirc, and have for years. Please feel free to let me know if you need help. i'm sorta technically challenged, so it might be a bit confusing, but i'll do my best. lol Good luck. jimini

i used to be able to get to chat from my browser, but i no longer can. i tried the java appelet; i downloaded mIRC and i am not smart enough to figure out how to use it. i sent Support a query about it some time ago but no joy so far. candystripper
