I seem to also remember some measures that would insure cabinet members are not prosecuted. Sort of a pre-emptive Presidential pardon for the gang. Dunno if it passed though.

Wow.
Is there anything these guys don't have the balls to to try?
I was (and still am) expecting a flurry of pardons but to go after more de-regulation. Looks like Bush 43, et al are expecting Obama to win and want to screw things up for him as much as possible. If McCain wins, he can blame everything on his predecessor and not have to do much of anything to look good.

Politics sucks.
