I'm with you.
I have a friend that lives near San Francisco, and he says he never gets them.
They also don't have all the ads on tv that some of the more contested states have.
It sucks being popular!!

Haven't received any. I did get an e-mail today from the Obama camp saying they were going to start making them.
No McCain either.

Unlisted number..and I don't put the home number on anything..so it must have worked for us.

Me too. My son registered as "independent". I've already thanked him for the part he has played in all of the annoying McCain phone calls.

I haven't gotten any McCain calls....I have hung up on a number of democrats trying to tell me about Obama though. Annoying little twits.

There is a Obama website you can go to that will give you a list of neighbors so you can go door to door to annoy them. Isn't the internet great.

I can tell you who lives in my immediate area, but I have no clue who the neighbors on the next block are. This way, I can use their name when I come by to harrass them.

I did not give anyone permission to spam my phoneline.    I got a call on the house race too.

The calls are practically free. I am annoyed my any machine the calls me. Why the fuck should a machine have more rights then a human?

Ild have to buy a fancy phone system, so as the phone would ring only of the code is put in; so households wont have this. it comes down to who can outteck the other.   im not looking forward to the grid TELLING me things as i go about either.

as odd as it might sound, a human should not have to outsmart a machine.   being that one can not program the phone line to void robo calls- we are stuck.    i asked verizon, was told they cant. i dont beleive it.

luckily it isnt a cell number.

I opened my e mail last night and had 89 messages. About 80 were from different people regarding OBama. The moral is never give out an email address.

I did get one human call. that was slightly better. at least the called faced me. instead of hiding behind a bot

Just got another call from Obama....nice little recorded message telling me why I should vote for him. It's sunday and I still have to put up with bs robo calls...if I had been going to vote for the guy, I am not sure I still would. It's too bad the national do not call list doesn't apply to these losers.

A buddy is working a call center. With live people. She said folks are annoyed by the calls. This was 3 weeks ago.

I feel sorry for the people that can not have the phone ringer go off. Maybe someone is sickly and cant make it thru the night..... I dont see how this is different then a commercial. Mind you- it would take a few more years to get a cell phone update per crises like most campuses mow have. for the town.

I wonder if fancy people have robat call them? You know McCan, Obama, Bush- do they answere a phone to hear it?
