Public Disgrace - that is shot in Hungary, and that makes me think it is really legal there. Some of the hardest porn sites are Hungarian as well. I honestly wouldn't do that anywhere else, because if you could, you'd see porn flics with it, and those aren't around. The "meeting places" in Holland, those in Germany, are for consenting adults to have sex, not for shooting videos - laws here and there are "loose", or not enforced very strictly, but you still run the the risk, everywhere, of getting arrested. So there it is, you don't want iffy, you could just do it in Earls Court if you wanted iffy. There is a little piece of beach on the South Shore of Long Island where everybody goes to have sex, the cops stay away from it, and there are sometimes ten cars waiting for their turn.
