Status: offline 		You can always do it ala bangbus style. Film yourself getting picked up in a van and tape yourself having sex as they drive you around town. That would be in public but also give you a certain amount of privacy.

Don't see why this couldn't be done on private property.  I dont know what sort of park you have in mind, but it wouldn't be hard to find anything from manicured flower beds to woods on private property.
 
The shopping mall takes a bit more ingenuity, but I don't see why you can't mock up a set inside someone's warehouse, etc. 
 
I get the sense the setting has to actually be public for you, for some reason; that it's not 'good enough' if it just looks that way on video?  If that's true, you probably can't have your cake and eat it too, in the US anyway. 
 
if you do decide to run the risk of being arrested, get advice about where in the states you decide to do this; attitudes towrds sex varying widely here from one locale to another. I certainly wouldn't suggest Ohio or the South, except for New Orleans maybe. (I have heard they're pretty cool about carryings-on, but I'm not sure that's true after Mardi Gras is over.)

Status: offline 		I think your best bet is to stage it on private property (as someone else wrote).  You also need to keep a few friends around as look-outs in case trouble comes your way.

You are really setting yourself up by wanting to film it.  If it was just public sex, you could deny it and it becomes a "he-said, she said" if you really get into legal trouble.  If you film it though, that film can be used against you as evidence.

Status: offline 		Hungary is more progressive than the Netherlands (Specifically Amsterdam) regarding public sex?! 
I've never seen a public disgrace film but I have had sex in public.  It was fun.  Probably going to boil down to going out in the country, using a club/someone you know's residence, staging the thing, or ust throwing caution to the wind.  Have fun!

Status: offline 		thank You for all Your replies so far.  i guess that the major thrill aspect for me is actually being controlled in the public eye, rather than staging something to look like it is public! 

from what i have read it seems that i can do certain things in some areas in some countries, but not everything i want to do in one place!

Sorry but the States suck here as people are still uptight about people having fun in pubic(public)sucks really...but is a small fine, usually with no jail time.


While I will agree that people in the US can be uptight, I can't say I think it sucks that sex in public is illegal here. There are some things I just don't want to be forced to watch.

You want to have sex in public ( and film it ) where it is illegal, for the thrill ( which is cool, I love it ), but you say that you don't want to face the consequences if caught. You also don't want to stage it, which, I agree, removes the risk and, therefore, the thrill.

The OP is talking about her fetish interests and what she wants, but to do so, what about the people you would then be involving in your scene? Not everyone who happens to be at a "shopping center", or other public area, might enjoy your actions. What happened to consensual? What makes your fetish and kink greater then anothers right to consent before being forced into your fantasy?
Is this something you would do in front of your mother,father,grandmother,grandfather,pastor,teachers, or your children? If it is not, then why assume that other people and their families would want to see it?

Status: offline 		I bet you could do it at a BIG concert like they type that Phish used to have that lasted 2 days and were out in the wilderness or desert. People often bring tents and stuff like that for overnight. Anyway, I bet if you did at 2 or 3 in the morning people would still see and the chances of being caught are very slim. If somebody did tell, you could have a look out and have them notify you that someone was coming. You could then walk away and they'd have no clue who the culprits were because there's so many thousands of people.

You need to gimme some for that recommendation.

i dont think your the prude here.  and i happen to agree with you as well as the poster who brought up the ums. 

Op, along with the kink is the resposibility for safe, sane and consensual... and that doesnt mean just for you and your partner.  im far from prudish, yet, i can see the problems with what your wanting to do, why its illegal virtually everywhere, and how you could be considered selfish in your desire.

my suggestion for your problem would be along the lines of the rest.   find a group of "consenting" adults, a privately owned piece of land, and let your inhibitions go wild.  as kinky as some of us can get, why would you wish to explose that to ums?  if you cannot guarentee you wont be stumbled across by them, or others who you know would object, then dont do it.

Here in the U.S. , many cities have adult theaters where people play in public and are able to control the amount of interaction, if any, they have with the general clientele.
Some theaters have rules against filming, however, in order to protect the privacy of others.

Here in my town there are two or three such theaters.
If you requested permission to film it might depend on your being able to deliver a certain number of paying customers who wouldn't mind being on film.

I don't think that would be too difficult for you if you took advantage of a little advance publicity and perhaps scheduled the event for off peak times.
Other than that, there are numerous adult arcades. Some of the smaller ones might be amenable to having you film if you were discreet about it and got permission first.

As far as the general public goes, there are some nude beaches that are cruising spots.
You can't engage in lewd behavior at any nude beach or you'll be quickly arrested, but there are some that have trails away from the general public area where you might be able to experiment along the lines that you mentioned.

I don't know what the euro equivalent to these places would be, but I'm sure there must be some.

Status: offline 		In the US, at least, the best place from several points of view for a submissive/slave to be used sexually is a private club. 
Since it is not public, and since no money is changing hands, and it's "consensual", it is legal.
It also has many of the psychological aspects of a "public" humiliation since there are strangers around, watching and enjoying your humiliation.
I have served a domme or dommes more than once in private women's clubs. It is fairly common for sub/slaves to do this.

Status: offline 		Seems to me any park will do as long as the onlookers are men and not women or families. Some women might be OK with it, but, you never know. Almost no families (i.e., kids involved) will be ok with public sex. But, I never met a man who would complain if he were to watch you get it on with another in front of him!

Status: offline 		just to say a big thank You to everyone who has posted answers here.  i have been thinking about it a lot and am still adamant that it is in a public place, but i do not want any minors to see what happens.  i think i will fly over to amsterdam for a weekend to try something a little bit 'softer' to start off with - and then see where else i can go!

Status: offline 		I have family in Hungary but it is not something I would ask about as they are very straight laces  ..but for some reason I would think it is not totally legally . I know other members of my family have went and visited several times  and it sure was not something  they talked about seeing on their return .. so I do suspect that Public Disgrace may be staged getting government permission and blocking the street and getting  permission/acknowledgement  from those  non participants in the filming that they will be seeing sexual acts if they enter the filming area inorder  to protect minors  being exposed to or those that would truly be offended by ... I really really cannot see it being allowed in just any public area  as this is still a country with deep Roman Catholic troots and may be limited to where filming may occur example in the lake Balaton area which is mostly a tourist area likely arouind the  the nude beach areas
