And I was lucky to be living in NYC and be in the kink community there where I met publishers and authors who gave me advice -- including John Warren FYI.

I used to be part of this loosely based group of freeelance writers. Several have books published, etc...but there were two I happened to have casual friendships with that went on to "big time." One had a tv sitcom based on his work. The other - a super talented and smart assed BABY (he was 16 when I met him) is having his book turned into an HBO piece. When I heard the news I immediately emailed both to tell them how much I hated them. : ) I was viscious and mean and spiteful and full of envy and they loved it. That is how I am supportive.
