OK I have been looking around and enjoying all the wonderful stuff I have been reading about and talking to people about. Thank you all. But I have one thing that has been on my mind. I have found a lady with sub tendencies. She is not really into the lifestyle and also live in Canada, very far from me. Anyway we have been talking online for awhile and when I brought up the lifestyle of bdsm to her she was very interested. After more chatting and a little online play she is now my online sub.

Now the question. Anyone withe experience in this are have suggestions on what we could do as far as chores and punishment? this is just what i think, and is not meant to offend anyone, the thing about online is you can try to punish someone online but how do you know they really have done unless they have a cam, but even then its easy to hide if they really are doing it, when i first entered the lifestyle i was an online slut and lets just say real life is much better for me, i really hope you the best, but online isent for me, as for punshments you can do to her online.....not to sure

IF you know eachother..and you/she have a webcam you can watch her drip wax on herself...or pegs/clamps on body parts..
Make her write a diary/journal.
Make her report in on certain times...etc etc.
Humiliate her...let her pee in a bowl while you watch.
Let her sit in uncomfy positions...

From past experience's it can be fairly difficult to give out a punishment, and know that the sub is actually doing that punishment. Things that you can get her to do on cam are always good, as then you can see if she is doing it or not.

As for ideas, well possibly have her sitting in a certain position on cam until you tell her otherwise, make her spank herself on cam for you, use your imagination really.

For some, it is certainly a punishment to be deprived of contact.

How can a person be both 'submissivee' and 'not into D/s'?  Did you mean you think she's unaware still  there are others with the same feelings?  Something else?

Anyway, you can have her send you things--things she had to find, buy, make, or modify. The search, purchase, or making could have humiliating aspects. Pfft, totally. Being stuck in an on line relationship is certainly punishment enough in my book.

You can "punish" her by making her do boring research, spank herself (oh baby, my own hand on my own ass...wow) or whatever. But in the end it's just...bleh. Of course with a cam you can see her doing stuff but all that hassle, that's what porn is for in my book.

You know her better than we do.  What does she have available to her?  What can she acquire for the purposes of punishment?  Pretty much everybody can come up with a clothes pin or something like that, but not everyone has a flogger.  As for proof, cams, pics, and her word if you trust her enough. 

If you're just hurting for ideas do some erotic story searches on the net - you'll find plenty of resources with a wide range of ideas.
