I'm actually astounded that you're not all agreeing with me. That's very promising. I've seen so many profiles where the photos seem stolen and the profile text seems a lot like the fantasy of a very primitive horny guy.

That could be true yet I still wonder how many of those photos are used by people who for whatever reason, don't use their own pic and use one of their fav movie star or sports hero, etc as an avatar? The thing I've found is if a person I may be communicating with happens to be not who they say they are, their little deceptions will eventually reveal the falsehoods. I learned to take that with a large grain of salt. Up to now, I've never met anyone who wasn't who they said they were, yea I've been lucky so far but part of that is because I use a large amount of dialogue prior to agreeing to meet in person which weeds out ones who don't suit what I am seeking and they have done the same with me. I empathize with this issue yet at the same time I don't consider it that important to be stressed out over.

If you use the search function on this message board, you'll find all kinds of posts about fake subs, fake doms, fake mistresses, fake profiles, fake pictures, fake females, fake guys fake fakes. Most of the posts seem to be started by new posters with the vanilla cone by their name who become frustrated with their search results and find their way over here to the message boards.

Yes, for whatever reason there are guys pretending to be women. Some of the profiles and pictures are fake. Sometimes, people misrepresent themseleves.

Here is one way to assure yourself that someone is real, and presenting themselves truthfully. Meet in person. Get to know them. Or, take them at their word until they prove otherwise. Or, you can continue to form unfounded assumptions that feed your frustration. Seems counterproductive to me.

As for your theory, you can believe with all your heart that every three legged hoohah online is really an alien pod person, and every two legged hooch is really an earth dwelling clownfish...it is as realistic a theory as claiming everyone on the internet is a guy pretending to be a woman.

For the life of me, how can anyone have enough time adding up who is fake and who is not? Darn, i am too busy living real life. Guess that is a good thing, it keeps me from counting all the fakes.
