I know one very special night we had, I'll borrow directly from Fox's journal.
This was out anniversary, but I am sure you can tailor one similiarly.

That night she celebrated our anniversary by quite frankly plowing me to Kingdom Come, no pun intended, with her strap-on so violently and with so much loving aggression that I find myself walking a touch lop-sided today. She started it all off by pinning me down, quite easily, and tying my wrists to the bed. She then blindfolded me and spend a great deal of time torturing me in a plethora of ways. She used our Whartenburg Wheel to just make me scream quite a bit, especially when she gave certain tender areas some special attention.
She put on her vampire's glove next and came extremely close to jerking me to an orgasm spikes and all. It was extremely pleasurable and painful at the same time. She scratched up my chest with it and topped it all off by carving a bloody "DV" into my chest. She had a taste, of course, before moving elsewhere. While it's very clean and well taken care of, the marks are still looking very nice on my chest as I write this.
The aforementioned plowing(my word of the week, seriously) happened which had me screaming and squealing with pleasure. It's so very different when you're bound. She just folded me in half and violently rammed me into pleasurable oblivion. I was very satisfied by the time it was over and really didn't want her to leave. Of course, it'd be very hard and ultimately very uncomfortable to sleep that way...but a girl can dream can't she? :-)

We had ice cream, cuddled, and went to sleep in our new comforter.
