Status: offline 		Mindful that one should always play safe, and take the dangerous potential of bondage seriously, I nonetheless am interested in hearing of your experiences in playing rough in bondage domination -- using rope, handcuffs, and other materials to restrain in a rough way with a female sub or slave. Grabbing, pulling, taking, snatching -- active verbs abound in being rough -- without causing serious injury (however you define that; no more than bruising and soreness is my definition).

What have you done and how did you do it safely but roughly? If you did it with a female sub or slave, what was her response to this rough (safe) bondage domination?

Status: offline 		Being the practical girl that I am, I have always been a fan of duct tape. In fact, I have duct tape in all colours of the rainbow! Not only is it a fantastic bondage tool (always tight, but never too tight), I like the feeling of having it ripped off my skin.

the 'Takedown' is a favorite of mine, and I would say that studying Aikido has been a great help in making it 'safe' (or as safe as anything ever is<g>). It's still rough, and injuries can occur- one of my more memorable dates (with a second dan Tai kwon doe) resulted in our explain to emergancy room personal that it was not domestic violence, but good sex (actually good foreplay!) that left me with a broken rib, and her with a dislocated shoulder.

As to handcuffs, one can avoid some bruising and marking if the subject is willing to put on a set of tennis type sweatbands before hand. another great, fast restraint trick is to take a hacksaw (or a carving knife) and cut a roll of saranwrap into two inch rolls- fast, non marking, inexpensive, readily avilable, and a few turns are amazing strong...

I also find that it works alot better with smaller subjects- not only are they easier to toss around, but when they land, they tend to be a bit more resiliant- 120 lbs coming down on a wrist or should is less likely to result in an injury than 220 lbs landing the same way...

Status: offline 		'Rough sex' is one of my favorites. I like to use the 'grab & hold' method while I 'force' her into leather cuffs and chains. Then soft cotton ropes behind the back and securing the elbows work well to prevent the arms from flopping around. I can now position her and do as I please whether that's a good whipping or something else. She has very little movement available to her.

During these sessions I use a piece of yard or a thin scarf as a gag so that she feels that she is gagged but she can actually talk thru it and use her safe word if necessary.

Care to say more about the use of duct tape? Like having it ripped off? No harm to your skin, so I presume you do not have sensitive skin.

Love the takedown...sweatbands in using handcuffs is a good tip...hadn't thought of the saranwrap idea -- I'll try that (with a small slave). Thanks.

Status: offline 		Try tying her elbows together behind her back if she is limber enough, be careful not to dislocate her shoulders or to put too much stress on her arms in this position. Tying this way has the effect of forcing her to stick her chest out (shoulders are pulled back) which can make her feel more vulnerable. Can be a nice prelude to some breast bondage.

Try tying her ankles to her thighs and her wrists to her upper arms, then make her crawl. This can be nice to combine with puppy girl play. One caution, this can be painful on hard floors and is very hard on the knees, also, on carpet rug burns can be a problem. After no more than 30 min give her a break by either putting her on her back or removing the ropes. The first time you try this I wouldn't recommend more than about 10-15 min and keep check on how she is handling it.

Sometimes what you use can make a difference. Instead of soft cotton rope, try hemp rope with broken fibers (this is what you normally find in a hardware store), its very prickly and scratchy. That can add a whole new dimension to things like breast bondage. Can also be an interesting twist to a karuda (rope body harness).

Heavy chain can be effective... both the feel of cold metal, the weight and the sound it makes can have a strong effect. It can be attached to leather cuffs or metal restraints, or even rope. Personally I think chain goes best with metal restraints.

Manhandling in various ways usually gets a good response. In particular using their hair to bend them over and lead them around to where you want them. Grabbing them by the back of their neck. In particular pushing them face down while holding them by the back of the neck, ass in the air, tends to get a shiver. Leashes can be effective. One of my favorites is to attach a leash to their nipples. You do this by applying nipple clamps with a connection chain, loop the chain up through the D ring on the collar and then clip the leash to the loop. Thus when you tug on the leash it tugs on their nipples. This really has an effect if you then put them on all fours. Just becareful not to yank or jerk too hard.

A blindfold can intensify the experience. Being bound when she can't see what you are doing or where you are makes her feel that much more vulnerable and at your mercy without you necessarily having to be any rougher.

Try making a simple wooden horse and have her straddle it while you get out some other items for what you have planned next. If you really want to be an SOB about, buy a hair brush with the rubber tipped ends and tape that to the top the wooden horse (some might use a regular hair brush but I find the unprotected bristles can be too intense and can cause unintended abbrasions, the rubber tipped is safer in this regard).

Status: offline 		I've learned to ask for the handicapped motel room. It's usually late at night, so I'm not depriving someone who really needs it and I check out early, so please don't get on your soapbox. I don't park in the space...O.K.
However, in the bathroom there are so many opportunities for great bondage. Bars around the toilet, bars in the bath, a shower head that comes off and you can use in creative ways. Not to mention the handicap stool that they always have available.
There, you can bend your sub over it and duct tape her ankles and wrists to each leg. No back or front to the stool. Full exposure.

Status: offline 		In medical stores and usually first aid sections, you'll find ACE Wrap and Coban tape. Both are easy to use for bondage and easy to release if needed to be done quickly. Snip snip and there ya go. The most important thing to me about bondage is how quickly I can release a person of something were to go wrong. Asthama attacks, flash backs, passing out, and seeing lack of blood flow, are the most common reasons to quickly release your sub. Sometimes an accident may occur that involves a sever cut or broken joint. I like to be as ready as possible to quickly free someone and provide the first aid or after care needed for those type of situations.

I have mixed thoughts about doing that, as an inducement to accepting rough play. Any thoughts?

It makes for great bondage and mummyfication. Not to mention how it can also be used as a blind fold and mouth gag. You can even use the ace bandage for breath control and chocking. And to think that's only the basics.

Take a lader or a few boads. Place them on top of two Saw Horeses. With only 3 roles of Ace Wrap, you can suspend someone having them facing the ground. Half a role for the acnkles, half for the thighs, one role across the stomach, half for either the chest, and the last half for the head. You can also accomplish this with plastic wrap. With floggers, whips, your foot, and other things, you can give the person a good whopping on there front side. You can even use nipple clamps and weights for some extra torturing pleasure.

The one cool thing about ace wrap and coban tape is that they are more of a challenge to wiggle out of. There are no knots to fidget. It's all wraped around the fingers, wrist, feet and toes in numorous loops not allowing much give nor slickness to get out off.

The downfall to Coban is that it can usually only be used once. When you unwrap it, the coban will be twisted and bunched up and isn't worth trying to have back the way it was. However, there is a good side to this. Coban is made of rubber and latex. Once you have enough twisted stands of it, you can braid the pieces together and find yourself having a home made flogger or short whip. You only need a piece of PVC pipe to use as the handle.

Any how, Ace Bandage can be easily put on and easily taken off. It's quick and effective yet can be challenging if you wanted to inflict damage/brusing with it. A quick wrap around the feet can cause them to fall and be unballanced. A quick wrap around the arms and torso of a person leaves them vulnarble for a take down, hit to the stomach, or slap to the face. Sure they can break out of the torso wrap but only when you let them. It's fun to be sneaky with such moves which allow you to be even more aggressive. The stuff is even better for breast bondage because both wraps are able to stretch better than rope. They also stay on better than most ropse because the have a less chance of slipping off.

I could go into more details but I think I've given you enough to make up some of your own ideas.

Correct -- placing a sub in a hotel corridor nude for a full minute is itself punishment and is also humilitation depending on the personality -- now if she is now more accepting of rough play as a result of that, then after she returns to the room, the rough play can commence. My question is whether you (all) think this should or should not be done (putting her nude in a hotel corridor for a full minute).

as a way to humiliate, punish and possibly arouse some anger in her that would result in her coming after you like a wild woman, which in turn would end with some rough play? Sure, if thats what you both want.

Personally, I myself have no reason to 'work' up to being roughed up...its a turn on; the rougher the better...tie me up, use me, whatever floats your boat :P But then, I love degradation also...and the two together can be ohhhhhhhhh so nice

Well said Iris Mist. Making the other party mad or upset can cause her to get a little rough back. In most cases I find it hard to see someone turned on by being placed in the corridor nude but it would make many mad. Opening that door to let the person back in could be asking for an ass whiping or a kick in the gonads. Especially when it was just to be mean, she may not be in the mood for rough sex but she'll be in the mood for a rough fight. If pain turns both of you on, the rough fight may lead to rough sex. Just remember that it's a gamble.

Status: offline 		One of the most fun scenes was an abduction in which subbie (fem) was forced to dress as a pro, no panties and bra, see thru top, walk along the strip where they usually walk, and observe from a distance. Unfortunately had to rescue her after 1/2 the time cus a copper appeared. I picked her up and took off into the woods. Once around the road she had to get in back seat where she was cuffed, blindfolded after being stripped. I then drove to the cabin, where she remained
