More probable he may run for something in 2010. Chances are the 2010 races will be a "throw the bums out" (both parties) cycle.

He's going to sue a lot of people over the invasions of his privacy and disclosure of private information after he dared to ask Obama a question. By the time he's done, the DNC could wind up financing his purchase of Roto-Rooter. [:D]
