Ron Paul 2012!!!! :)

Palin was a joke, brought in to finish off McCain's chances and distract us from the monster who made it into office - Joe Biden.  Nobody knows him.  He's going to be the next Cheney, you watch.

Palin has states she will not run again.

OMG, I surely hope not.

I can't wait to see what will happen.

I watched Southpark last night and it showed Obama and McCain joking aorund about how the grand plan worked.

Very insightful watching.

*sighs* longing for a Government for the people, By the people. Wonder if we'll ever have that again?

I believe it was meant more of a "not that woman."  Its a sentiment that may of us agree with.

And McCain's judgement has allready been rejected by the electorate,so let me ask you what did you see from her during the last 2 months that has led you to believe this particular woman is qualified?

My opinion on the mater is that America is not ready for a woman as President or Vice President at the moment.  It may change in a few years.
I noticed Hillary stepped away after she gave her deligats to Obama.  She knew she would not win, but wanted a democrat to win.  That is why I had no trouble switching from Hillary to Obama.
I believe she had too much baggage for the democratic party to run.  Namely, my ex favorite President, Bill Clinton.
Obama picked someone who would not out shine him.   He has done a very good job at setting up his transition team as well.
Palin is just stupid in my opinion.  There is one senator, and one governor in Alaska along with her running that state.  She has no clue how to run an entire country when she cannot build a bridge.

This brings an interesting 'what if' to my mind. I wonder what the results would have been if Obama were a woman.

The big question there is, if he was facing a black woman, who would McCain have picked for VP?  I suspect he would have gone with youth and star status, just like Palin, and someone who appealed to the conservative wing, but getting a woman would have seemed too copycat.  I suspect he would have gone with Jindal, maybe Pawlenty.

If the Obama presidency is a success , the interesting race will be 2016. Biden will be too old, Hillary probably faded. Im watching to see where Caroline Kennedy plays a part in the coming admin, and then....

Poor Alaska only has one senator? How did that happen? Every state gets two senators, last time I checked.

As for me; I already sent my E-mail to Governor Palin offering my assistance for her 2012 bid.
