I know that. That discussion we have lots on othe r forums. But bittorrents trackers live not from the legal stuff.
(they live from banners on the websites that millions of people look at..while download copyrighted material)
actually it is legal to download music and movies overhere (The Netherlands)....even copyrighted.
we pay taxes for that. ( on blanc dvd/cd's)
although the riaa and soem movie studios like to send me mails about it..lol
