It has come to my attention that an underlying cause for other problems in the world exists, and is probably rampant in America. The warning signs are there, just watch the TV and you will see. This condition is called ISP.
No, not Internet Service Provider, it is Intermittent Spontaneous Priapism. Priapism as you may know is an erection of unwanted timing or duration, and it can happen intermittently.
