The guy is a franchised route sales rep for Bon Apetite which distributes snack cakes and the like. I think it has something to do with that, they needed him to setup some new accounts or something like that.
Bon Apetite products are touted to be at least less unhealthy than many, less sugar, less hydrogenated, less artificial stuff. When he lived in the neighborhood I would get some of his "stale" because no matter how well they sell there always is some because they give it a very short shelf life. So I was a big hit with my junk food junkie friends.
With these hounds all I would have to do is to say "Bon Apetite" because I don't eat that kind of stuff. No matter how wholesome it is, it is still mostly carbs. I say hounds because if you saw these guys tearing into the stuff, well, you would agree. :-)
I tried a few things and they are quite good, but I just can't make a habit of eating it. When I took one of these care packages to work my one buddy said he sat down with a gallon of milk and had a wonderful time. What an addict.
As far as moving to PA, ask Hunky. Actually I almost did. There was a bar with apartments over it, with a barn and a half decent size lot for thirty five grand. This included the liquor license for the bar. It was quite tempting but someone snatched it up first.
There are about 11 million people who could be talked into moving to PA, the reason ? Hint, they live in OH.
